Grand Opening Party! Wow! What a FANTASTIC party! A big Thank You to all of you for coming out and supporting our fun event. The picture of the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be in The Leader soon. I think the new tables surrounding the dance floor are perfect for the dance atmosphere we want to have. And....you guys are talented! We love seeing everyone show off their new moves and having fun. That's what we're all about! Western Party Well...last night was so much fun, we're excited about having another FUN party! Sat. Sept. 4th will be our first official WESTERN PARTY. And....wait for it....we're having Buster the MECHANICAL BULL! How fun is that! Please note that the time is different. Crash Courses will be from 6-8 and the party will begin at 8. September Schedule The September Schedule is out there and registration can begin. We have some new classes out there so look for your favorites. Please remember that any changes to your class (level change/refund) need to happen at break on the first night of your class. We're happy to accommodate you but need to take care of it the first day of your class. Come see your talented instructors...they've been working very hard on new material for you! Grand Opening Party! We'd LOVE to see all of you at the Grand Opening Party Saturday night! For those of you who haven't been to our new location, we are at 1431 W. 20th St. @ E TC Jester (in The Heights). We are in the same building as Restaurant Depot. If you are facing Restaurant Depot, we are on the left and near the back. You will see LOTS of cars and our entrance door which is on the left side of the building. We will have LIVE MUSIC by "A Number Of Others" and all types of music in different rooms. Bring a friend or two...it's going to be fun! We will accept Donations at the door. A new thing to SSQQ Dance Studio is our "Canteen" which is our bar. It will be stocked full of drinks for the party and of course....free popcorn! Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Before the party begins, we will have our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with the Heights Chamber Of Commerce. You could be part of the largest Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Picture ever if you can be there by 6:30! How fun is that! Group Fitness We are excited about offering personal training and group fitness classes at SSQQ dance studio. We just want to thank all of you for being part of our first month at the new SSQQ Dance Studio! We had over 800 people register! Thanks for being patient as we improve our space. We have lots of good things in the works....180 yards of theatrical draping velour will arrive at my house tomorrow (Wednesday) so I will quickly begin getting them ready to go up. We are working on getting some carpet on the upper part of the walls to help with sound. We will take a look at more acoustic panels next week as well. I hope you've noticed the lockers available in the ladie's restroom and the lounge! You can feel secure with your belongings....thanks to Charley Denton! Have you noticed the bench in the front? Gary Berridge designed and made that...Thank you Gary! Tresa Frazier is our talented artist painting the dancing shadows on the walls....we have a lot of talent here in our SSQQ family!
